“ I attended my friend's event here and was pleasantly surprised. Food – I expected the usual Italian fare, but it turned out to be a bit more elevated, though still hearty and satisfying. While the flavors were enjoyable, the overall experience was just average. That said, for a fixed event menu, the variety was impressive, and I genuinely enjoyed everything I tried. Service – The staff was fantastic. They were attentive, quick, and super helpful. The presence of a full bar was a nice touch, and we were offered both sparkling and still water, which added to the experience. Their attentiveness really enhanced the event's vibe. Atmosphere – Although the space felt a bit cramped, they managed to make it work. Their pride in their Italian heritage is evident throughout the space, creating a warm, homey feel with charming knick-knacks that I personally loved. ”

The Calamari was great, it had the right amount of batter and it tasted fresh, the soup was not to my satisfaction, mostly broccoli and cabbage and broth was flavourless. I did see some guests eating pasta and it looked great. Service was efficient but unenthusiastic, which is fine I guess. I noticed live music was about to start. ”

We enjoyed the Orecchiette Alla Paesana, Gnocchi Alla Aaliyah, and Pizza Alla Paesana, all paired perfectly with an incredible bottle of red wine. The service and atmosphere were warm and welcoming, and we even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who shared her family’s story and how this wonderful restaurant came to be. So many places claim to serve authentic Italian cuisine, but I can assure you Anna & Lucio’s Trattoria is the real deal. We’ll definitely be back soon — and next time, I’m bringing my whole family! ”

“ We hosted our daughter’s baptism here Sunday with forty of our friends and family. It was so nice to have the restaurant to ourselves and not share the space with anyone. The food was fantastic..people are still raving about it! We had antipasto, pizza, pasta and risotto, and veal chop. Everything was fantastic. The owner was so helpful with menu selection, set up, everything. Literally the most understanding and accommodating person ever as she is a mother herself and gets what it is like to do things with kids running around. I wish I had photos of the food because it was phenomenal, but it was so good I didn’t even think to take a picture, which is the greatest compliment in this digital age. Do not hesitate to book your event here. It is a hidden gem and you will leave feeling like family. This place is such a gift to our community. ”

“ Fabulous food! The salmon is fresh, glistening and juicy. The risotto is cooked just right… Even if you’re full you’ll still clean your plate. Great for a date night and for a family outing. The food is five star in my opinion ”
